foodie fridays

This is one of my favorite post-workout snacks. You should always have some fuel after a workout, as well as before. This snack has healthy fats, protein, and carbs. It's a great mixture of sweet and nutty. For my Greek yogurt, I buy the plain kind. It's versatile! I eat it as a sour cream substitute, or I sweeten it with some liquid Stevia. In this snack, I sweeten it. You can add any fruit you want. This is just what I had on hand.
