Here is the recipe for my Strawberry Cheesecake Peanut Butter Protein Bowl. Crush up two graham crackers. Place in bottom of bowl. In separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, 1 tbsp sugar free strawberry jam, and chopped up strawberries. Mix well. Scoop on top of crushed graham crackers. Top with 1 tbsp peanut butter (I used White Chocolate Wonderful) and 1/8 cup of cashews. Enjoy!
