Three-ingredient cupcakes? Yep. And they're pumpkin spice, which make them perfect for fall. These babies were moist, and very low in fat. Forget the oil and butter and milk. All you need is a box of spice cake mix, 1 cup water, and 1 can of pure pumpkin. Bake at the temperature and for as long as the box says.
