Here is a tasty and healthy recipe that I cooked up this week for my meal prep. These are so juicy and flavorful! I hope you like them.
Spinach Burger Patties
16 oz lean beef
2 cups chopped spinach
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Mix
by hand. Form into 5-6 patties. Place in broiler set to high. Broil for
10 minutes, flipping halfway through cook time.
