  1. well Brianna you got me. I was so disappointed that you were going to stop writing...and then I saw the April Fool message and my smile came back.I love your blog...it feels like we are still in touch even though it has been years since I saw you. I was just reminding my mother about the day you were born and how we there to see you on your real birthday. Love to you and your family. David

  5. Hi Brianna!!

First, I would like to say that I have kicked off my get fit journey BECAUSE OF YOU. All because of you. Your optimism, your bright outlook on everything, your confidence and your ease with which you write...honestly, I have pulled everything together because of you. I saw your transformation picture on Tone It Up, and I have a similar body to yours in the "before" stage (by the way, your so pretty in both, love your hair!), and I thought, "Really, it's time to stop telling myself I can never do it." So...just... THANK YOU. It takes a lot of courage to talk about yourself in the public eye, but please know that you writing is like my TV, my relaxation time of the day. I come home and read your blog, and just push myself to go for my dreams with positiveness.

I would really like to know... How did you workout???

Did you mostly run, or alternate weights with running/ cardio?
How many times a week? How long everyday? How long did it take you to
    do it???

    THANK YOU SO MUCH :)

  7. Brianna,

I have been on the road to a healthier lifestyle for 3 1/2 weeks going strong now! I was really unhappy at where I was (my most unhealthy self ever) and decided to change so that I could love myself again. I was just looking around for inspiration and motivation to keep me going and found your blog via Pinterest. You are truly amazing and I hope to be able to conquer my own Everest as you did! Thanks for sharing your story!

  8. Good Morning Brianna! First of all congrats on a great job, you look amazing.
Just last night I was telling my husband I did not like my body b/c I have gained some weight. I have tried eating healthy and doing some workouts, but talk myself out of it...but after reading your story I will try and do what
you have done. Thanks again and have a Happy Easter.

  9. Brianna,

I have to agree with all the comments on this page. You are one of my inspirations. I know you say this blog is therapy for you but I hope you know how much it means to others (including myself) to hear your stories and see your successes. Of course the weightloss is a huge inspiration but it's also your optimism, humour and the way you approach life. Keep doing what you're doing :)

  11. Your story is incredibly inspiring! I would really appreciate if you would sometime explain exactly how you become so fit, especially in the beginning because I always find myself wanting to start but then getting frustrated and stopping instead of finding a way to easy myself into it. Thanks <33

  12. Bri, could you talk about how you handled stiff and sore muscles? I recently stared working out again medium intensity(3 mile run at 5mph) and my legs are extremely sore! I've stretched and taken a hot bath but its not helping :(
